At this time, we at Arrow + Phoenix Swimwear do NOT accept returns because the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. We sell intimate items and take that quite seriously as all swimwear and activewear are sustainably made to order. All skincare, Sanctuary. and Sale items are final sale. Regular priced swimwear and activewear may be accepted in exchange at our discretion for another item or store credit should there be an issue with fit or construction BUT an exchange nor return is promised nor guaranteed. Should one be issued a refund or exchange, we are unable to refund any original shipping costs. To initiate an exchange, you must reach out within FIVE days of receiving your package. From there, once the original suit is returned, we will then ship out your new package and update your shipping or issue your refund.
